Program:

Multiple design studios, large print equipment, interior courtyard, gallery space, offices, two conference rooms

Concept:

Integrate public and private with temporary partition walls for studios and equipment space. Two light wells shaping a rectangular middle. A dynamic stairwell in the front of the building creating circulation around the building. The courtyard on the 3rd floor is open to the sky allowing light and fresh air into the building and providing a scenic view for the 4th floor conference room.
