Print Shop Program:   Multiple design studios, large print equipment, interior courtyard, gallery space, offices, two conference rooms Concept:    Integrate public and private with temporary partition walls for studios and equipment space. Two light wells shaping a rectangular middle. A dynamic stairwell in the front of the building creating circulation around the building. The program includes a basketball court and an outdoor multi-court, locker rooms for boys and girls as well as a classroom area for afterschool class activities. The building follows the sloping landscape along a singular concrete ramp with stairs that double as seating. The classroom is on the right at the highest point of the project, the locker rooms are slightly lower on the left. The two courts are next to each other but at different elevations, the multi-court is at the lowest elevation.
